Hiring Responsibilities

• Prepares the design piping plans and isometric diagrams for HVAC Piping, Domestic Water, Sewer and Vent Systems.
• Prepares 3 dimensional drawings for HVAC Piping, Domestic Water, Sewer and Vent Systems.
• Performs sizing of all pipes for Domestic Water, Sewer and Vent Systems.
• Coordinates mechanical drawings with other services.
• Amends and updates the drawings based on Engineer comments and mark-ups.
• Responsible for all mechanical drawings to ensure Tri-Service CADD compliance.
• Responsible for drawings conversion from Microstation to AutoCADD and PDF formats or viceversa

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Chungku,Seoul.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• 3 Full-Time position(s) availab
• Experience in drafting and design.
• Possess strong CADD techniques, prefer Microstation but AutoCAD acceptable
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Knowledge and use of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and rAbility to read and comprehend written instructions
• Ability to apply mathematical principles and theories
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical plumbing, HVAC, equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
• Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment
• Position instructions and comments onto drawings
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
• Design scale or full-size blueprints of specialty items, such as furniture and automobile body or chassis components
• Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to the materials
